JRL Reiterates Appeal For Complete Shutdown On 27 November | KNO

SRINAGAR: November 26, 2017 (KNO) : The gruesome atrocities committed by Indian forces across North and South Kashmir, are crossing its limits. The condition of thousands of innocents languishing in jails and police stations is also worsening day by day. Kashmiries are always protesting against these human rights violations and strike call for Monday, 27 November 2017 is also intended for highlighting these oppressive measures. This was stated by the Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprising of Syed Ali Geelani. Mirwaiz Mohammad Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik. Reiterating the call of strike on 27 November 2017, JRL said that Indian occupational forces have unleashed a reign of terror across whole valley especially South and North of Kashmir, where crackdowns, vandalizing properties, beating, torturing common people, arrests and other oppressive measures have became an order of the day. Similarly NIA and ED terrorism is also going on through which Indians intend to defeat our resistance. Leaders said that likewise thousands of Kashmiries have been put into jails and torture centers where these people are terrorized and intimidated endlessly. Leaders said that from Tihar jail to the jails of Jammu Kashmir, Kashmiri leaders and other people are being put to worst hardships. Leaders said that JRL has appealed for a complete shutdown against these atrocities and tomorrow on 27 November 2017, Monday, Kashmiries will observe a complete shutdown against growing state-terrorism. JRL appealed people to support this strike and observe a complete shutdown tomorrow.(KNO)
